Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our family-owned business. At Cesco Merch we take great pride in creating high-quality Christian t-shirts made with care and attention to detail. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us and we will gladly help arrange an exchange if the item is still available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our shirts are made to order, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
